I am an ardent user of BOLT, i practically use BOLT on a daily basis so getting this experience from one of the drivers was really shocking and disappointing to me. I refused paying him cos that was not my destination! He cursed at me and said all sorts, i did same. I told him but that was not where i put on the APP as my destination, he argued and argued and ended the trip abruptly. On getting to the area of my destination, the said BOLT driver, suddenly stopped me at another venue other than what i indicated on the APP claiming thats where the Map directed him to. Hi, i ordered a ride wirh BOLT in Abuja Nigeria on the 24th of December 2021. Now why do you employ illiterate people to drive I don’t understand the kind of impatient, nonchalant, arrogant, rude, and selfish act is that now up till now it’s afternoon of the next day he’s still not picking I contacted the support since yesterday they said they’ll get back shortly till now …nothing please if you read this please take precautions because i don’t know how a bolt driver has the power to end a trip and run away with my items and the support center is sooo poor I can’t even express the anger I have I really liked this app because it was cheaper than Uber now this has happened I will tell all my friends to take repercussions or even delete the app completely if something isn’t done under 2 hours
I sent a bolt driver to deliver an item so the people of the estate or the security men said the person Iam ordering to has to call them and tell them so I called the person but the person wasted a bit of time next thing I knew the driver cancelled and left the things I gave him in his car I called him he said that he can only go back there if there’s an order near by now the next morning I’ve called him 25 times he’s not picking
